Thesis A Fantasy

   Posted by: Gemini   in Podcasting

I first ran into the voice of one Indiana Jim while listening to Billibub Baddings and the Case of the Singing Sword. Since then I have heard multiple promos for his work and heard him act in other podcasts. It took me a while to track down his own work, finally getting the web address from him in Twitter, and was quite happy with what I heard when finally tuning into his podcast.

Thesis A Fantasy is the first of the items I found and I enjoyed it immensely. I think that every cliché from every fantasy world has been touched on in this work. I heard everything from comments about Star Wars to Dorothy’s “There’s no place like home,” within the confines of twenty-two minutes. I laughed my arse off while listening to Thesis and have gone back to listen to it a few more times. Near as I can tell the story is about a family man/writer who has a Wizard of Oz moment…

What am I trying to do? It is completely impossible to try and dissect the elements of Thesis. The whole things is skillfully written and fun to listen to, something I’m very happy I found and will keep me listening to Indiana Jim’s adventures.

Need a laugh, go listen. See if you can count all the literary references, I bet you’ll be laughing too hard to do so. I know I was.

Wow! Thank you so much! It was a lot of fun to put together, and it was totally on a whim. I had this story sitting there for the longest time, I just punched it up a little and did it. Thanks for taking the time to listen and the extra time to review it! Very very kind of you.

It was a pleasurable thing to listen to and I hope that others will find Thesis as fun as I did. Thanks for stopping by and I’m glad you liked the review.
