Around the PodioSphere 7/7/08

   Posted by: Gemini   in Podcasting

My but those podcasters keep me busy.  They are, hands down, one of the primary reasons this site is still alive.  There’re so many wonderful stories and so very little time to listen to them all.  Then they do interviews!  Like the first of the Double Trouble interviews with Tee Morris and Philippa Ballantine.  If you already subscribe to everything Morris has done you already have it in a feed.  However, if you haven’t, you can find it here.

Speaking of Philippa she released Chasing the Bard episode 16 this week.  I’m woefully behind on the podcast but can tell you the book was brilliant.  I’ll get back to the podcast soon, there’s just no resistance to the voices there.

Back to the idea of interviews, JC Hutchins has been flooding us with the Ultra Creatives interviews.  In the last week alone he’s featured artist JR Blackwell and DIYer Matthew Wayne Selznick.  All this plus releasing a massive amount of fan content for the Obsidian Project, one of which included a short video from Nathan Lowell.

Which gives me another giddy moment of the long weekend, Nathan released the first chapters of Double Share and good gods are they brilliant!  Getting back into the life of Ishmael Horatio Wang has been fun and you’ll get my full write up on those later this week.

The Jersey Todd Show, which I must listen to more, came out with the 121st episode discussing lawyers, guns, money, Carlin and includes some rockin’ music and discourse over District of Columbia v. Heller.

I’m sure I’m missing things, I know I am.  PG Holyfield is on a break, giving you plenty of time to catch up on Murder at Avadon HillThe Takeover is simply delayed, it has not podfaded and I’ll let you know as soon as I know when it’s back.  Same with Morevi, as our fearless Captain has been working his bum off on promoting the 8.8.08 release of The Case of the Pitcher’s Pendant – A Billibub Baddings Mystery and Philippa Balantine’s Digital Magic.

That’s all I have for this week.  I am working on making this a weekly column for the site.  If you’d like to have your podcast included please send an e-mail to reviews@timeww.com and we’ll be happy to include you.

Thanks for the mention, Gemini! I’m back at work now, and ep. 26 should be out on Thursday.
